The following conditions apply:

  • Our gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
  • Gift cards may only be redeemed at Alloy Jewellery Gallery.
  • All gift cards are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or replaced if the original gift code is lost or stolen.

    Ready-to-wear items ship within 2 to 3 working days.

    Custom orders ship within 3 to 5 weeks.

    Should the jewellery piece you love be sold or not available in your ring size or if you would like to have something special made, contact us with your gemstone or colour preferences for a quote.
